- Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and then select “Task Manager” from the menu. Then, use the Task Manager to end the HID-ScaleWedge process.
- Open File Explorer, navigate to
C:\ProgramData\HIDWedge, and delete the file namedHIDScaleWedge.ini. This will delete all settings for the HID-ScaleWedge program, including the screen coordinates for the program’s main window. - Restart HID-ScaleWedge. The program’s window should appear as normal.
Troubleshooting
HID-ScaleWedge not appearing but visible in the taskbar/system tray
Fix an HID-ScaleWedge window that won’t open from the taskbar or system tray by closing the program and resetting its settings.
